With the Eye on I method, creatives (and everyone) can clearly identify their real difference they bring to the table — in work, creation and collaboration.

The identity you create is shaped as an eye, and it serves not only as a camerton for your further work, but also as a storytelling device, a tool for feedbacks and Fördergespräche, and a centerpiece tool for the whole mindset of make creation great again™.

  • Build up (10')

Participants spend 10 min writing down all their strengths or characteristics on a piece of paper. Then they shuffle.

  • Filter 1: «But who ISN’T?»

On the received piece of paper, cross out all the points according to the filter to remove the most cliche ones. Then shuffle again.

  • Filter 2: «Get weird»

On the newly received piece of paper, cross out all the points that look too safe. Then shuffle again.

  • Filter 3: «Your thinking»

On the (again) newly received piece of paper, cross out all the points that talk about your operative or physical skills. Return the papers.

  • The eyeball

Check the remaining characteristics and take 10 min to visualize your favorite 3 on a ball as an eye: the pupil, the iris and the white area.
