The author Beat Jost was born on 21. September 1971. After doing the apprenticeship as an electronics technician, he completed bachelor studies in electrical engineering and business engineering. Currently, he is pursuing an executive education in the field of MAS Strategic Design at the Zurich University of the Arts. On a professional level, Beat Jost joined UBS AG in 1998 and has been employed in various functions, among them as Business Analyst, Project Manager and Business Manager on director level. He is married and has two sons. He is living in Sarmenstorf, Switzerland, close to Lake Hallwil. He is a passionate photographer and whenever time permits, spends his time behind the camera.
